The Current platform that I worked on was their Business Intelligence Dashboard module which they had to update their UX and UI because the old dashboard which they had was not user-friendly and it had many features and functions for Sales & Purchase BI, Inventory BI, Production BI, and Accounts BI. And I also designed the landing pages for every service and feature they offered.
Key takeaways 🔑 The new revamped modules have significantly reduced the number of drop-offs from the platform and have enhanced the user experience a lot by adding various essential features. Less Dropoff: Reduced the drop-off rate from the previous 20+% to 12-14%. New Features: Added many new essential features to improve user experience. UI Consistency: Implemented a design system to ensure consistency across all platforms and products. More Signups: Tranzact has now more than 10,000+ customers using their product.
